Supreme MOMs is built for Masters of Making.
Everyday caregiving shapes how families, teams, and communities work.
Our Mission
Supreme MOMs exists to name what’s already happening: MOMs are Masters of Making.
They guide, decide, nurture, repair, organize, and hold things together—day after day. And yet, this formative leadership still goes unrecognized in workplaces and communities.
When you’re responsible for others, you learn how to lead—whether anyone calls it that or not.
Supreme MOMs exists to champion that reality and support the people living it.
What We Do
Carrying responsibility shapes a person. It asks for attention, energy, and heart.
Supreme MOMs holds space for the ME within the making.
We create room to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with what feels good and meaningful. We support exploration of work that fits, contribution that matters, and ways of living that honor both responsibility and desire. Joy is practiced here. Fun has a place. Love is part of how we move.
This energy refuels the making.
How We Do the Work
Our work moves through four connected actions:
CELEBRATE
We honor the real, everyday work of nurturing, guiding, and leading others—out loud and in real time.
CONNECT
We bring hearts together to deepen connection and create space for shared making and learning.
CONQUER
We support the inner work of overcoming challenge and turning adversity into advantage.
CHAMPION
We carry the stories and data that change how caregiving leadership is understood.
How We Started
Supreme MOMs was founded in 2020 by Shannon McGuire after years of listening to moms navigating everyday life.
The work began with gatherings and conversations—simple spaces to notice what was already happening. As those conversations continued, clear patterns emerged around caregiving and the need for space to connect and reflect. Over time, that lived experience shaped the language, focus, and pillars of Supreme MOMs.
This work continues to grow through practice—guided by real lives, real communities, and what actually helps moms keep going.
Our Work in Action
This work lives beyond these pages.
In Idaho, it takes shape through wellbeing efforts rooted in local communities and long-term practice. The focus remains the same—paying attention to what helps people keep going and building from there.
