Idaho as the catalyst for mom and family well-being.

Idaho has experienced rapid growth—welcoming new faces, fresh ideas, and vibrant cultures. This growth is exciting, but it also presents challenges. As our communities change, staying true to the values that make Idaho special becomes even more important.

Moms are one of those values.

Idahoans are nearly unanimous in their views of moms as an important source for families and communities. From homemaker to community-making, mothers are valued as the heart of it all.

It is crucial to reinvest in and support moms—acknowledging the invaluable impact they have on the well-being and cohesion of society as a whole. By honoring and empowering moms, we uphold the foundation upon which vibrant and thriving communities are built.

And it starts with understanding how mothers are doing.

We partnered with Gallup to release the pioneering report, Built With Care: Unifying Communities Through Motherhood. We surveyed more than 4,000 Idaho residents on the roles, experiences and needs of mothers in their communities. The research shows that while the vast majority of Idahoans view mothers as essential to families and communities, many mothers (38%) say they feel tired or burned out, and nearly half do not feel comfortable asking for more help or support.

74%

of mothers in Idaho support the phrase: “being a mother is the most important part of who I am as a person.”

3 out of 4

mothers say they are unable to make time to take care of their emotional well-being.

81%

of mothers who wish they had more help or support in their daily lives do not feel comfortable asking for it.

What if all mothers had the support they needed to be the best versions of themselves?

Our kids and families would live more days feeling good about being themselves.

Supreme Moms is reinvesting in mom well-being

We know change starts with us so we’re proud to kickstart this movement right here at home. Over the last five years we’ve heavily invested in initiatives that strengthen families and uplift moms across Idaho.

HOW WE’RE DOING IT

  • Facilitating cohort-based learning: Empowering moms to recognize and develop their talents, express their creativity, and achieve meaningful goals.

  • Creating meaningful apprenticeships: Providing structured, supportive pathways for moms navigating life transitions, whether entering, re-entering, or exiting the workforce.

  • Hosting recharge sessions: Promoting emotional resilience and well-being through heart coherence practices and JOY (Just Observe You), effectively combating stress and emotional fatigue.

  • Engaging community leaders: Informing and collaborating with decision-makers about the critical role moms play in improving community health and well-being.

  • Media collaborations: Amplifying the voices and perspectives of moms through targeted media initiatives to highlight their unique experiences and insights.

  • Spreading joy, fun, and love: Increasing compassion and kindness within communities by actively sharing uplifting messages and experiences.

  • POTATO Movie FUN-raising Campaign: Hosting engaging community events that combine connection, storytelling, and fundraising to directly support and uplift Idaho moms and their families.
