January has a way of pulling us in a dozen directions at once. The pace picks up, the noise gets louder, and it becomes harder to stay grounded in what actually matters. This month’s ME-Time + TeaTime is designed as a calm, steady space in the middle of the swirl.
We’re honored to welcome Toni Hodge, founder of Divine Lotus Tea, for a beautiful tea ceremony that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner still point—right in the eye of the storm. This guided experience offers a moment of pause as the busyness of the new year begins.
Please note: This ceremony will take place sitting on the floor to support grounding and presence. We encourage you to bring a cushion for comfort. Chairs will also be available for anyone who prefers or needs one.
