Space to Breathe
ME-Time + TeaTime is a monthly gathering created for moms and women who give a lot—and deserve a place to simply receive.
Inspired by the simple wisdom of tea, each gathering creates space for meaningful conversation, gentle learning, and real connection. TeaTime is held in a relaxed, welcoming environment that supports presence, reflection, and shared experience.
This time belongs to you. It supports listening, noticing, and reconnecting with your own sense of steadiness and wisdom.

Pelvic Health & Body Wisdom
Join us for an informative and supportive pelvic health session designed to empower women throughout their lifelong journey.
In this presentation and discussion, we will provide a clear and approachable overview of the pelvic floor, common pelvic floor dysfunctions, and the symptoms many women experience during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
We will discuss concerns such as bladder and bowel changes, pelvic pain, core weakness, and feelings of pressure or heaviness, along with practical treatment options and strategies that can help right away.
This session is intended to empower women with knowledge, normalize conversations around pelvic health, and offer guidance on when and how pelvic floor physical therapy can support long-term comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

Why TeaTime Matters
Motherhood and womanhood involve constant care, decision-making, and responsibility. TeaTime creates a consistent space to pause, slow down, and tend to yourself in the middle of it all.
Each gathering focuses on topics that directly support women’s wellbeing—physically, emotionally, and relationally. Conversations are practical, thoughtful, and connected to real life, offering insight you can carry with you beyond the gathering.
We’re making space and time to provide the tools and connection to help you de-stress, recenter, and reclaim your joy.
