Together we will explore what that leadership looks like, how it formed you, and what becomes possible when it is supported and recognized.

The weekend includes:

• Guided leadership conversations with Shannon McGuire

• Small-group dialogue and reflection

• Shared meals and meaningful connection

• Time outdoors in McCall’s natural setting

• A private screening of POTATO, Supreme Moms’ documentary about belonging and community in Idaho

There will also be space simply to breathe—walk the lake, rest, think, and let ideas settle.

That time is not separate from the work. It is part of it.
